FAQ List

Estimates & Quotes

Yes — all estimates are completely free and come with absolutely no obligation. We'll review your project in person or via photos and provide a clear, detailed written quote. You can request an estimate by calling us, filling out our online form, or messaging us on WhatsApp.
For most residential projects, we can provide an estimate during a 30–60 minute site visit. For larger commercial projects, we may need a bit more time to assess the scope properly. We aim to get your written estimate to you within 1–2 business days of the site visit.
We typically require a small deposit to secure your start date, with the balance due upon completion. The specific terms will be outlined clearly in your written quote before any work begins.

Insurance & Safety

Yes. Badesha Painting carries full general liability insurance. This protects you as a property owner against any damage that may occur during our work. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
Yes. Our entire team is registered with WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board). This is important because if an unregistered worker is injured on your property, you as the property owner could be held liable. With our WSIB coverage, you have complete protection. We can provide a WSIB clearance certificate upon request.
Hiring an uninsured painter puts you at real financial risk. If a worker is injured on your property without WSIB coverage, or if an accident causes property damage without liability insurance, you could face significant financial liability. Always ask for proof of insurance and WSIB before hiring any contractor.

Our Services

Absolutely. Commercial painting is a key part of our business. We work with offices, warehouses, retail stores, condos, plazas, restaurants, and property managers across the GTA and KWC. We're equipped for projects of all sizes — from a single office suite to an entire building.
Yes. We offer evening and weekend scheduling specifically for commercial clients who need painting done outside of business hours to avoid disrupting operations. Just let us know your scheduling needs and we'll work around them.
Yes. We handle both interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties. Many of our clients book us for both at the same time, which allows for better scheduling and consistent results throughout their property.
Yes. While we regularly handle large homes and full commercial buildings, we also take on smaller jobs. Single rooms, bathrooms, accent walls — all done with the same quality and attention to detail as our larger projects.
We can offer practical guidance on what works for your space and lighting. For comprehensive colour consultation, we recommend working with a professional colour consultant, but we're happy to share our experience and point you toward paint brand resources that can help.

Service Areas & Timing

We serve Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara, Barrie, Oshawa, and the KWC area (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge). Contact us if you're outside these areas — we may still be able to help depending on project size.
Start dates depend on project size and our current schedule. Contact us with your timeline and we'll confirm availability. Urgent or emergency jobs are accommodated when possible, especially for commercial clients with tight deadlines.
A single room typically takes 1 day. A full home interior takes 3–5 days depending on size. Exterior projects vary by surface area and complexity. Commercial projects are scoped individually. We provide a realistic timeline in every written quote.

Process & Products

We use premium brands including Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams, among others. We select the appropriate product for each surface and use case — the right primer, the right sheen, the right formulation for interior vs. exterior and residential vs. commercial applications.
Yes. Low-VOC and zero-VOC paint options are available for clients who want to minimize fumes — particularly useful for homes with children, pets, or sensitivities, and for commercial spaces like restaurants where odour is a concern.
Three easy ways: (1) Fill out our online quote request form on the Contact page. (2) Call us directly at (416) 824-4994. (3) Send us a WhatsApp message at the same number. We aim to respond within 24 hours — usually the same day.
